The Client
Listed as one of Scotland’s fastest growing companies and Sunday Times Fastrack 100, Ooni is the creator of the world’s number one domestic pizza oven selling over 2.5 million units worldwide.
The Challenge
To cope with increased transaction volumes deploy scalable NetSuite solution whilst seamlessly continuing supporting of transactional processing with customers for minimal disruption. This included both upstream integration with ecommerce platform and downstream integration to 3pls.
The Solution
We began by executing a structured migration from legacy solution preserving but enhancing critical integrations. We improved supply chain operations with both stock forecasting and inbound shipment tracking. We provided significant post go-live support to drive user adoption.
We set up new entities recognising and harmonising existing business objects.
Key technical work included:
- Use of tool to forecast procurement. NetSuite Planning & Budgeting
- Deployment of Supply chain management tools including Inbound Shipments
- Standardise approach to order to cash process including the design of ecommerce integration approach with IPAAS
- Assist with standardise approach to customer return management
- Support design of integration to existing 3PLs
- Establish both custom and standard intercompany trading processes including arms length intercompany stock transfers, centralised procurement and cross subsidiary fulfilment
- Develop and deploy approach to reconciling GRNI
- Establish automated approach to payment gateway provider reconciliation including Amazon, Stripe, Klarna
- Enable and optimise tax set up including European OSS, North American and APAC
The Results
Successful migration from SAP legacy system to Oracle NetSuite.

Intercompany trading follows standardised processes. Stock transfers, centralised procurement and cross-subsidy fulfilment all work through defined rules.
