The help desk aims to deal with every customer issue and question within an hour, providing options for ticket-based support, phone support and a comprehensive knowledge base.  You can choose to have the support team automatically notified of certain types of problems, creating support tickets automatically.  If you have a problem, the team is on it before you even realise.

Development

If we don’t have the features you need, ChannelUnity are always willing to extend the capabilities of the platform.  A single code base runs across all users and works on the basis that if a feature is good for one customer it might be useful to someone else.

ChannelUnity also publish an API that allows access to integration capabilities for external platform developers and customers with in-house technical skills.
