Cofficient Implemented NetSuite for Eden Mill After Private Equity Acquisition
The Client
Eden Mill operates in distilling, manufacturing and ecommerce. Founded in 2012 and acquired by a private equity firm in 2021, EdenMill was a former brewer who have expanded into gin and whisky and recently opened a distillery outside of St Andrews.
The Challenge
Eden Mill implemented NetSuite primarily to modernise, unify, and scale their business operations as they expanded in both product lines (gin, whisky, ready-to-drink), geographies and both Ecom b2c and b2b sales channels. Compliance and control are key requirements.
A typical NetSuite implementation approach follows a structured process that begins with planning and discovery, moves through system design, development, and testing, and concludes with deployment and ongoing support. Key aspects of this approach include defining clear business objectives, assembling a dedicated project team, meticulously planning each phase, migrating data accurately, customising the system to fit specific needs, supporting integration mapping and testing, performing extensive testing, and providing comprehensive user training.
